Prescription Questions
First time uploading a prescription? It's easier than it sounds, but if you're not sure how to do it - or you want to double-check that your prescription is valid for your order - just email it over to info@ourpharmacare.com. One of our pharmacists will take a look and walk you through the next steps personally.
Order Problems
If something arrived damaged, a package is missing, or you have a question about your order status - please reach out right away. Have your order number ready and we'll sort it out as fast as we can. We don't make you jump through hoops to get a straight answer.
Refill Reminders
If you take a medication regularly, we can set up a refill reminder so you never get caught without. Just drop us an email and we'll get it set up - it takes two minutes and can save you a real headache later on.
