We're a pharmacy. That means some of what you share with us is personal - sometimes very personal. We handle that with care, and we want you to know exactly what we do with your information. No legalese, no runaround. Just a straight explanation.
What We Collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect the information we need to get your medication to you: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. For prescription orders, we also collect your prescription and any relevant health information you provide.
We automatically collect some standard technical data - your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visit - mostly to keep the site working properly and to understand how people use it.
How We Use It
We use your information to do exactly what you'd expect: process your order, verify prescriptions, send shipping updates, and help you when you contact us. If you opt in, we'll also send refill reminders - because running out of a medication you rely on is something we genuinely want to help you avoid.
We don't sell your data. We never have. We never will.
Who We Share It With
We share your information only with the people who need it to fulfill your order: our licensed pharmacists, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Every third party we work with is bound by a confidentiality agreement. We may also disclose information when required by law or pharmacy regulation.
How We Protect It
We use SSL encryption, secure servers, and strict access controls to protect your personal and health information. Only authorized staff and pharmacists can access sensitive order data. That said, no internet system is completely foolproof - so please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and get a general picture of how people use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well without them.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, just email us at info@ourpharmacare.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we've collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of any sale of your data (which we don't do). Children's Privacy
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If there are significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know directly.
