When you're ordering medication, timing matters. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you - and what we do if something goes wrong.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Prescription orders start processing after our pharmacists have reviewed and approved your prescription. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not currently available.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies OurPharmaCare or gives any hint of what's inside. Your privacy matters to us.
Returns
Prescription Medications
Federal pharmacy regulations prohibit us from accepting returns on prescription medications once they've been dispensed. If you received the wrong medication, a damaged product, or an item that doesn't match your order, please contact us immediately at info@ourpharmacare.com. We'll make it right.
Over-the-Counter Products
If you're not satisfied with an OTC product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unopened and in its original packaging. Just get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or there's been a mix-up, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue - we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
