Who Can Use OurPharmaCare
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. It's your responsibility to keep your account details current.
Prescription Medications
A valid prescription from a licensed US healthcare provider is required for all prescription medications. When you submit a prescription, you're confirming that it was issued to you personally, that it's genuine, and that it's still valid. Submitting a forged, altered, or fraudulent prescription is a federal and state criminal offense and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Our pharmacists review every prescription before it's dispensed. We reserve the right to decline any order where there are concerns about prescription validity or patient safety.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with other payment methods shown at checkout. If a pricing error occurs on our site, we'll notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase - not an automatic confirmation. We formally accept your order when it ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after a confirmation email has been sent, if there's an issue with stock, prescription verification, or payment processing.
